About Salt Baked
Hi, I'm Mike. I've work as a chef in many different environments, from HSBC's UK HQ to small fine dining restaurants to pizzerias to steak houses. Throughout these different kitchens the consistent aim was to deliver the best experience for each guest no matter what. At Salt Baked this mentality is at the heart of everything we do.
I learnt to cook with my nan when I was still too short to reach the counters without standing on a stool, I carried those fond memories with me into Culinary school and then into every kitchen I've worked since. Those memories fuelled a desire in me to be a positive part of my guests memories whether it a birthday, engagement, first date or simple a quick lunch alone. Salt Baked has given me the ability to do this on a more personal and meaningful level, by creating bespoke and tailored events for each guest in their own home I can be sure to leave knowing I've helped create a cherished memory for every guest.
Salt Baked currently provides 'At-Home' dining experiences and 'At-Home' masterclasses for relaxed or hands on events suited to any occasion.
